WAKE UP , LEARN TO BE GRATEFUL; OR YOU WILL BE LOST

Do you know that gratitude is most important to get with breathing ??

Learning these two things together takes you to a high place in the light.

You can be in darkness, but you can come to the light by doing these two things together; it will take you to joy you have never seen before.

I have always been a very grateful person, but in 2020, a very dear friend of mine gave me a book from “The Secret” about gratitude, and it took me to a level so high I could never have imagined.

When I started practicing this at a deep level, things began to change so fast for me in my life.

People really don’t understand it, and I hope my blog can wake you up to understand it.

You start small with writing down five things you are grateful for every day;

IT HAS MAGIC WHEN IT COMES TO PAPER

Then you say to yourself many times a day,

"Thank you for what you see, feel, are aware of, and what is in front of you."

When you start getting that habit, then you can begin studying gratitude so you can go deeper into it.

Learn to show gratitude to everyone around you and start to say thank you to everyone in your life, people you meet, and things that happen to you.

Show it from your heart ❤️

Do you know that just saying “thanks " does not come from the heart

But saying “thank you so much” comes from the heart.

In many countries, you must say more than one word.

In my country, it’s “tak,” but you must say “tusind tak” to make it come from the heart.

You can try it yourself when you say it out loud.

If you were really sitting down and thinking about what happens to someone right now in this one second, you would never be able to sleep because every one second, something bad happens to someone.

So learn to see how lucky you are in every moment of your life because it can change in one second.

Gratitude is a deep thing to be very aware of to start doing in your life 💕

Also, when something happens to you and you see darkness,

you must find gratitude there too.

This is the hard part of gratitude, but our dark lessons have a reason as well.

I don’t want to write too much more about it because I want you also to see the scientific proof of it and the facts

SO THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING THIS TO HELP YOU ❤️🙏❤️
