He proves that it can change your state in your body just through his breathing techniques. With breathing, you can transition straight into meditation, and it works so much more powerfully. Since you are now in your unconscious awareness, you become more open to going deeper in meditation and achieve so much more from it. The feeling you get out of it is that you become more focused, more aware, and stronger. It helps boost your immune system and provides much more oxygen to your brain, keeping your brain strong and healthy. Studies prove that it helps your brain so much. Combined with reading books, it will keep you away from getting dementia.
